ERASERHEAD comes to mind when I see these pictures, I still feel gooey at the wonder of it all.
Mum seems to be doing well but craves a few creature comforts.

What great pictures! The new born giant panda is very sweet; ERASERHEAD?? Oh Sheila; I hope Mum doesn’t hear you calling her precious baby a name like that!
I wonder what Mum was up to the four and a half years she was out and about? Obviously she didn’t meet “mr. right”, or she wouldn’t have had a need to be artificially inseminated.

Hi Sheila, such precious pictures! I don't think I have seen a baby Panda this small. Or it might be that after so much fun in the sun this weekend I have sizzled by brain. =-)
The San Diego Zoo has helped bring (three?) little ones into the world. They are so cute!
