After drowning in my own phlegm for a few weeks with the flu and drifting off into la la land, the intricate web of tangents that my mind is prone to led me from forgotten memories of the past (which included a lucid flashback of being at an ACDC concert and lamenting that I wished I'd seen them before Bon Scott choked on his own spew and died) to one cherished film - FANTASTIC VOYAGE. Surely the only way that I would be rid of this devilish affliction would be to shrink a team of scientists down to a microscopic size and then inject them into my body to laser the gunk out of there.

The ship that would take the scietists on their microscopic journey
When that didn't happen, I just realized why this planet is such a beautiful place. Its artists like Nike Savvas that do crazy things with balls of color (50,000 spray painted balls to be exact) that makes life look so silly and magnificent at the same time.
"Atomic: full of love, full of wonder" by Nike Stavvas is part of a sculpture project called ADVENTURES WITH FORM IN SPACE at the Art Gallery of New South Wales, opens 9th of August 2006.

Hi Sheila,
Welcome back to the land of the healthy! I’m glad you’re feeling better.
These 50,000 colored “Atomic” balls by Nike Savvas is an excellent example of an artist stretching his imagination to create something unique and exciting. Thanks for giving us another glimpse into the wonderful world of modern art.
Stay well, Sheila!
Hey Sheila,
I am glad to read that you are feeling better. :0)
I am fortunate enough to have seen ACDC three times. They ROCK!
Have a wonderful week!
Hey Miss Litzi and Rain - feeling great!
Glad that you're feeling better!
Love Nike's work. Is it coming to Melbourne?
I hope you're feeling better! Being sick like that is no fun, especially this time of year.
To Love, Honor and Dismay
